Navarre

If you're looking for a peaceful seaside town on Florida's panhandle, Navarre is the place to go. It is located along Highway 98 between Destin and Pensacola, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico's magnificent emerald-green waters. Military families and retirees primarily populate this low-crime, tranquil neighborhood.

Restaurants and Nightlife

The Vine Wine Bar, Bistro & Shoppe On Saturday nights, the air is filled with live music from some of the best local talent. Pair your preferred bottle of vino with a delectable panini or flatbread. They have over 180 varieties of wine and 20 bottles of craft beers from local and boutique breweries.

Oishii Japan if you're craving sushi, this is the spot for you. There are numerous sushi rolls to pick from, and the restaurant offers a 10% military discount.

TC's Front Porch. This establishment is a true neighborhood dive bar. They offer both indoor and outdoor seats with open windows to let the salt air enter. The informal ambience of this establishment, which is located on the Navarre Beach Causeway, is nothing but laid-back and beachy. TC's is an excellent spot for some terrific, old-fashioned pub food before heading to the beach.

Schools and Education

West Navarre and Intermediate School serves pre-kindergarten and grades 3-5. Holley-Navarre Intermediate serves 916 students in grades K-1 and 3-7. Finally, with over 2300 students, Navarre High School is the largest high school in Santa Rosa County. It serves students in grades 9-12 and ranks in the top 30% of all Florida schools in terms of overall test performance. The Santa Rosa County School District operates these schools.
